UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION13.07.2026 - Report 25/2026: Admission to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange of Sustainable Tier 2 Subordinated Eurobonds Series 7 with a total nominal value of EUR 500,000,000 issued under EMTN ProgrammeWith reference to current report No. 23/2026 of 6 July 2026, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna _the "Bank"_ announces that on 13 July 2026, 5,000 Sustainable Tier 2 Subordinated Eurobonds Series 7 with maturity of 11 years, issued under the Euro Medium Term Note Programme _"EMTN
Programme"_, were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.In addition, the Bank provides the following information on the eurobonds:a_ total nominal value: EUR 500,000,000, being equivalent to PLN 2,164,050,000, at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as at 13 July 2026,b_ coupon: _i_ for a period of 6 years from the issue date, fixed at 4.276 % per annum, payable annually, _ii_ after a period of 6 years from the issue date until the maturity date, floating, based on EURIBOR 3M plus a margin of 1.45%, payable every three months,c_ issue date: 13 July 2026,d_ maturity date: 13 July 2037,e_ optional early redemption date at the issuer's request: 13 July 2032, and any interest payment date thereafter starting from 13 October 2032, excluding maturity date,f_ eurobond nominal value: EUR 100,000 being equivalent to PLN 432,810 at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as at 13 July 2026,g_ ISIN code: XS3438593926.The rating agency S_P Global Ratings Europe Limited has assigned a BBB- rating to the issued series of eurobonds.Eurobonds are governed by English law, subject to the status of the eurobonds, recognition of stay powers and the clause relating to acknowledgement of a decision of the relevant resolution authority as to a bail-in and loss absorption powers, which are governed by Polish law.Legal basis: §18_1_ of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
