Title: Preliminary estimates of revenues from the sale of products and services for Q2 and H1 2026 Legal basis: Article 17_1_ MAR - inside information Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"] hereby reports preliminary estimates of the Company's consolidated revenues from the sale of products and services for the second quarter and for the first half of 2026. 1. Estimated consolidated revenues from the sale of the Company's products and services in the second quarter of 2026 were PLN 298 thousand. In the same period of the previous year, the revenues were PLN 2,003 thousand. This figure does not include proceeds on account of grants related to the Issuer's implementation of research and development projects. 2. Estimated consolidated revenues from the sale of the Company's products and services in the first half of 2026 are PLN 1,517 thousand compared to PLN 5,132 thousand posted in the same period last year. This figure does not include proceeds on account of grants related to the Issuer's implementation of research and development projects. In the first half of 2026, the Company intensified its business development activities. As a result, it secured its first order for the ODRA system - a device that forms XTPL's fourth business line, serving as a standalone system designed for High-Mix, Low-Volume _HMLV_ industrial production. The high unit price and the potential for recurring orders should provide a significant source of sales growth for XTPL in the coming years. The first purchaser of ODRA is an industrial client headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, U.S., specializing in advanced semiconductor packaging and providing prototyping and High-Mix, Low-Volume _HMLV_ production services for demanding clients in the technology and defense sectors [Current Report No. 10/2026 dated March 10, 2026]. In addition, the Company has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Manz Asia, under which XTPL and Manz Asia will jointly conduct demonstrations and evaluations of Ultra-Precise Dispensing technology for industrial customers in the advanced semiconductor packaging sector. Both partners contribute their respective client networks interested in precision printing technology. The Manz innovation center will serve as a gateway to the local industrial ecosystem and technology decision-makers. In the long term, the partnership includes the possibility of integrating the UPD technology into Manz Asia's machines for dedicated customer implementation projects [Current Report 7/2026 dated February 24, 2026]. In the first half of 2026, XTPL also made significant progress on new industrial projects carried out with partners in Japan. Both projects concern the use of UPD technology in yield management processes _improvement of production yields_ for advanced structures applied in the area of advanced packaging, including advanced HDI/UHDI printed circuit boards _PCBs_ and semiconductor substrates, using copper as the conductive material [Current Report No. 26/2026 dated June 11, 2026, and Current Report No. 30/2026 dated July 3, 2026]. In addition, the Company is finalizing the terms of an order for a second batch of UPD printing modules for an end customer's industrial production line - a leading Chinese display manufacturer listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with annual revenues in the tens of billions of USD. The modules will be used to repair defects in modern, ultra-high resolution Flat Panel Displays _FPDs_. This marks a continuation of the industrial collaboration that began in 2025 [Current Report 1/2025 dated January 2, 2025]. All of these transactions will impact the Company's revenue and cash flows in the second half of 2026, and the potential for further cooperation may serve as a significant driver of sales growth in future periods. In the second quarter of 2026, the Company received PLN 1,085,000 in grant funds following the settlement of the project "Ultrasound Combined with Bioimpedance Analysis and Graphene FET-Enhanced Wearable Sensing for Decentralized Health Monitoring" [Current Report 1/2024 dated January 12, 2024] and the first tranche from the project "Development of additive technology for the integration of photonic integrated circuits for applications in artificial intelligence" [Current Report 12/2026 dated March 12, 2026]. During the corresponding period of the previous year, the Company did not receive any grant funds. The Company's estimated cash balance as of the end of June 2026 was PLN 15.5 million. This figure includes proceeds from a share offering totaling PLN 19.5 million gross, conducted in March 2026 [Current Report 16/2026 dated March 24, 2026]. At the same time, the Company remains active in securing funding through grants for innovative projects. XTPL is also in advanced discussions with a potential strategic investor and regarding debt financing. The funds raised and proceeds from sales, supported by additional sources of financing, enable the implementation of industrial projects and related further R_D work, the development and commercialization of new products - including ODRA, next-generation printing modules, and printing inks - the development of sales structures, the intensification of marketing activities, and the maintenance of a safe inventory level. The Company's Management Board emphasizes that the above figures are estimated and preliminary data, which means that they may ultimately differ from those to be disclosed in financial statements. The scheduled date for the publication of the interim report for the second quarter and the first half of 2026 is September 28, 2026.
