    Further to its last announcement dated May 11th, 2026, Plaza Centers N.V. _"Plaza" or the "Company"_ announces today that, in connection with the arbitration proceedings before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes _"ICSID"_ initiated by the Company in relation to the Casa Radio / Dâmbovia Center Project in Bucharest _"Casa Radio"_, the Company filed on August 7, 2026 its Application for Annulment _"Application"_.

    The Application relates to the award dated April 10, 2026, by which, in a majority decision, the Tribunal dismissed the Company's claims on jurisdictional grounds.
