Subject: Appointment of a JSW S.A. Supervisory Board member -
supplementary information
Body of the report:
As a supplement to Current Report No. 59/2026, the Management Board of
Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby provides
information about the education, qualifications and previous positions,
together with a description of the professional career of Mr. Tomasz
Dąbrowski appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board of the 11th term
of office.
Mr. Tomasz Dąbrowski
Mr. Dąbrowski is a legal counsel with 15 years of professional
experience in government administration. He is a graduate of the Faculty
of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in
Lublin. In 2016, he obtained a license to practice as a legal counsel.
He completed "Real Estate Valuation" postgraduate studies at the Kielce
University of Technology, "Legislation in Public Administration" at the
Jagiellonian University, and "Energy Market and Energy Transition" at
the Warsaw University of Life Sciences [SGGW].
Since 2025, he has served as Deputy Director of the Legal Department at
the Ministry of Energy. From 2017 to 2025, he worked as a legal counsel
at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, responsible among
others for corporate governance over companies with State Treasury
shareholdings, drafting of corporate documents, legal support and
legislative drafting.
From 2011 to 2017, he worked for the Ministry of Treasury, where he
handled, among others, legal representation in litigation for the State
Treasury and the Minister of State Treasury, prepared legal opinions,
and drafted legislation. He participated in the reform of management of
state property, including work on the Act on the Rules for Managing
State Property.
He has extensive experience serving on supervisory boards of companies
with State Treasury shareholding, also as chairman and deputy chairman.
At the same time, the JSW Management Board reports that, in accordance
with the submitted representations, Mr. Tomasz Dąbrowski is not involved
in any activities competitive to those he performs at JSW, he is not a
partner or shareholder in any competing civil law company, partnership
or capital company, nor is he involved in any other competitive legal
person as a member of its governing body. In addition, Mr. Tomasz
Dąbrowski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept
pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in the
National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6
December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
Legal basis: § 5 item 6 and § 11 items 4, 5, and 6 of the Regulation
issued by the Finance Minister on 6 June 2025 on the Current and
Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the
Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations
of a Non-Member State as Equivalent
