Body of the report:
With reference to Current Report No. 44/2026, the Management Board of
Enea S.A. _"Company"_ hereby publishes information on the education,
qualifications and previous positions held by, along with a description
of the professional career and other required information concerning,
the new Enea S.A. Management Board Member, Mr. Stanisław Tokarski.
Stanisław Tokarski, Dr. habil. Eng., Professor at GIG, has worked with
the AGH University of Science and Technology's Center for Energy in
Kraków and the Central Mining Institute _GIG_ in Katowice since 2016. He
conducts scientific research, design and advisory work focusing on the
transition of the energy and industrial sectors.
He has been active in the utility power sector since 1985, when he
started his career at the Jaworzno III Power Plant in Jaworzno. From
2008 to 2015, he served as Vice President of the Management Board for
Strategy and Development at Tauron S.A., and as President of the
Management Board of Tauron Wytwarzanie S.A. _2010-2014_. From 2013 to
2016, he was President of the Management Board of the Economic
Association of Polish Power Plants _TGPE_, a member of the Governing
Council of the Polish Committee of Electricity Employers _PKEE_, and
PKEE's representative for energy policy and generation at EURELECTRIC in
Brussels, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of VGB, the
European association of power plant operators. He has served on the
supervisory boards of numerous capital companies.
He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Energy
Problems of the Polish Academy of Sciences _PAN_, a member of PAN's
Mining Committee, Chairman of the Energy and Climate Policy Committee at
the Polish Chamber of Commerce _KIG_, a member of the Polish Committee
of the World Energy Council _WEC_, of PKEE and TGPE, as well as of the
Council of the Office of Technical Inspection _UDT_. He is the Chairman
of the Supervisory Board of Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A., and also
sits on the supervisory board of KIC InnoEnergy S.E., a European company
focused on the implementation of new energy technologies. Since the
beginning of Poland's economic transformation, he has helped develop and
review energy-related regulations both in Poland and the EU. He is the
author of several patented inventions and numerous publications and
commentaries on environmental, climate, and market regulations in the
energy sector.
According to his representation, Mr. Stanisław Tokarski does not conduct
any activity in any form that would compete with Enea S.A., nor does he
participate in any competing company as a partner in a civil or
commercial law partnership. According to his representation, Mr.
Stanisław Tokarski holds positions in the corporate bodies of capital
companies that are competitors of Enea S.A. _Supervisory Board Chairman
of Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A. and Supervisory Board Member of
Innoenergy S.E. - according to his representation until 30 September
2026_
According to his representation, Mr. Stanisław Tokarski is not a member
of a legal person that competes with Enea S.A. and is not listed in the
Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court
Register Act.
